All items are free-sized unless otherwise stated.
Sale items are final sale and no exchanges/cash refunds will be done.
~ Payment ~
Order(s) has to be paid within the time frame of 3 days after receiving a payment advice, unless otherwise agreed upon, or order(s) will be voided and put up for sale thereafter.
Please pay by ATM transfers ONLY and keep a copy of the receipt as it might be needed for verification purposes.
Please send the Details of the Transaction eg. Transaction Reference number, Amount, Date and Time via Email or SMS.
Payments will be verified within 6 – 24 hours depending on volume of order.
~ Delivery ~
Order(s) will be posted within 3 working days (Monday – Friday) upon arrival of items.
Romance-Puro will not be held liable for lost parcels if the buyer chooses to opt for normal mail. Hence, it is recommended for all buyers to opt for Registered parcels, which is an additional $2.24, regardless of the amount of items.
Please note that a return address will be stamped on the back of every parcel before they are sent.
In a case where item of choice is not available, we will provide a Romance-Puro coupon so customers can use it when a desired item is available.
No refunds will be made. All returns are subjected to approval.
Customers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
